Carp Fishing in Colorado?

Anyone know of any good places around Denver to bowfish for carp?

Up by Julesburg is I believe Jackson Reservoir? I've never seen that many carp in one lake. What are the regulations for bowfishing in Colorado. Would be a great reservoir to shoot under the lights!
