The above reference to 'that Bozo' does not refer to Sam Wood, or any member of Carpbusters, The Native Fish Conservancy, or the Illinois Bowfishers.

There was some outside interference from an individual who has a long history of creating problems for bowfishing in IL. It's not new. It's not a surprise, and it's not going to stop us (the Illlinois Bowfishers) from continuing to work with DNR biologists to identify carp infested waters that may be opened up to bowfishing, educating the public onthe role of bowfishingin the overall conservation effort to control these fish, teaching people how to take fish with a bow and arrow, and continuingto createa positive, fun environment in which bowfishers can enjoy each other's company while shooting together, sharing tips, and taking part in some good-natured competition.
