Bowfish Carp in PA

Where in PA might one be able to shoot some carp? I'm in the Clarion PA (Rt. 322 and I80 cross) area and need some ideas. Thanks!

You'd have to check the regulations but I spent a week on the Kinsu Dam lake and there were huge carp everywhere! I have a camp in Lucinda so I know right where your at.
