Cutco are they worth it
 

Mmy sister sells cutco for her work. Are they worth their high price tag.

As far as I'm concerned they are well worth it. And they stand behind their gaurantee 100%. I have had 2 over the last 20 years. Mine are the serated blade drop points. I broke a seration off the first one, sent it back and asked if they could repair it. 3 weeks later I got a brand new one in the mail. I've used them to saw through breast bone, and have never had to have it sharpened.

Yeah they seem like they are nice knives but they are like $150 to $200 and that is a pretty high price tag

Depends on what yer looking for.

Just a regular ole huntin knife that will last me forever and that I can pass onto my kids when I get older and that won't dull after 1 deer

I hear they are great knives, especially with a life time warranty... cant beat that. but too pricy for me... it is only just a knife.

I just got my Alaskan Guide series Buck Vanguard. It is made of s30v steel. If you want to see a knife that will last forever and retain its edge forever, you should look into it. There is some crazy good steel out there if you do your research. I don't know much about Cutco or what steel they use, but I got excellent craftsmanship and the forever guarantee with my Buck for just over a hundred bucks.

i've got one of the drop point serrated hunting knives also it will rip open a rib cage with one swipe. that's all i use it for and it is scary sharp.

I am a fan of the buck 110, I have one that I inherited from my late father in law that is prolly 30 some odd years old, I just bought a brand new one so I don't lose his, but they are razor sharp, sharpen easily and stay sharp, after 2 deer with his it will still shave your arm hair, and they have the buck forever warranty on em and are less than 40 dollars.
