New Rock Creek hunter

google up Rock Creek knives--just bought a great all around hunting and field knife, HWS-1 tool steel, heavy tang through the handle, grip is stacked leather and attached at the pommel with a threaded nut--very well made and finished and although made in Dalian China, my brother has a life-long friend that actually lives in Dalian, [ teaches English to the local college kids] and he says this plant puts out very high quality knives. I'm pretty picky when it comes to quality in a hunting knife and I can find no fault with this one. Even has an area inside the curve of the guard that is checkered--11" overall with a 6" blade, 1/4" stock so it's up to any thing you want to use it for--comes with a well made sheath with metal covers at the wear points--not real cheap, but then it appears to be worth the cost--
