New Frontier Beartooth magnum

I bought one of these this last weekend. This is my first muzzleloader. I can already tell I am going to love shooting this thing! Has anybody put any fiber optics on this gun? If so which ones did you use?

Call CVA by phone to place the order. Make sure these fit your barrel before securing the transaction.

I also have a Beartooth Magnum. Mine is 45cal. It came with scope
in the deal from Cabelas. Mine shoots great with 2-50gr. 777 pellets
and the 195gr. aero-tip powerbelt. It is easy to clean also.
Triple 7 had a good idea about talking to CVA about the fiber-
optics. I also would not close the deal until I knew for sure they
had "exactly"what I wanted. I have talked to them about my own
Beartooth got all the info I requested. Good luck, enjoy but most of
all hunt safe. Please post your results when you take it out and
shoot. I would be interested in your powder/bullet combination.

If that's not the right part#, just ask the phone tech which fiber sight fits the Beartooth. I suspect the Optima fiber sight is the one that fits. Either way... they should be able to get you the one you need.

NFBTM=CVA Wolf. Parts are interchangeable. I used 85-90 gr triple 7 FFF behind 240 grain T\C XPT sabots and 295 grain powerbelts.

chuckell my beartooth did not like the powerbelts or pyrodex at all. i thought there was something really bad going onwith my gun. but it was just the powerbelts. anything under 300 grains was terrible. i get really good groups with 80 or 90 grains of goex clearshot with a ball and patch at 80 yards with a 2-7 mounted on it.i also heard the 300 grain xtp do very good in these guns with loose powder. i would get the gun shooting good at 40 yards before i would move out to 100. i also heard that the pellets can be very uneven in weight. if it will not shoot with a 100grains of power there is no reason to add anymore. wow 150 grains that's alot of powder. never even took mine up that high before. go with some loose powder it is much easier to match your loads.
