TC Cougar

I have a guy that is selling his deceased fathers guns collection. He doesn't know how much his stuff is worth.

he has a TC Cougar. Anyone know what that is? Is it like a Hawken?

Also has two Encores, one in 45 and other in 50.

Thanks under, I am going to make him a offer. I would like to have a real nice T/C percussion. I sold mine a few years ago and have wanted it back ever since.

i bought a tc cougar new it cost $350. it has puter stainless trim with a round medallion in the stock with a couched cougar sitting on a rock ,the walnut is a very high grade. the gun looks like a hawken .I sold mine for $ 400. after i shot it a few hundred times,the gun is a fine looker but mine just didn't hold a very good pattern ,but i wish i still had it.
