Cayugad. You asked for a Picture of the Traditions 2000 Centennial 50 cal BP and I finally got one. A real sweet fit up to my sholder. i can hold steady better with this than any other gun I have. The other side.

What is this rifle? Is this something Traditions actually makes and sells or is it a custom? What action is this built on? Looks like a nice rifle.

That is one excellent looking rifle.... I bet it holds real steady. As asked, I don't recognize the action it is built off of, but man that is a beauty. Thanks for sharing the pic.....

It is a Traditions right out of the box except for the scope. They discontinued them. I got it this year for $300. It listed for $529 but is discounted for being discontinued. I think the showroon in Old Saybrook still has a few for sale.. If interested call them they are real accomidating on the phone. Actually I think they only had them available for the year 2000. I went to their showroom for a hand gun and sat it and changed my mind and bought it on the spot.
