RE: Lyman or traditions??

Lyman gets my vote. I have a GPR I built from a kit back in the 80's and I've killed many a deer with that rifle shooting patched .490 RB's. I was at rendezvous shoot a number of years ago and some of the buckskinners there thought I had an authentic Hawkins. Having been built by hand (my hand), the rifle had an instant antique look. I love that rifle.

RE: Lyman or traditions??

Lyman hands down, dont even bother with that made in spain junk.
I hope you're not implying that Lymans are made in the USA, mine was made in Italy.
Then again, the Italians have always made great guns.

Lyman customer service is excellent.

Go with a Lyman, you won't regret it.
