tc firestorm
 

hey, my big brother is thinking about getting the tc firestorm. i'm encouraging it, since that'll give me someone to go flint-ing with. anyone heard anything/ have any experience, good or bad, with this model? i know nothing of it. any help would be appreciated.

A friend of mine has a firestorm. Great rifle, high quality, lifetime warranty. Just one recommendation: don't use pellets. Use only loose powder. The same as my PA Pellet, loose powder works, pellets sometimes work. That is the only complaint he had. Slick looking too, has round barrel and vented rib sights if I remember correctly. Can't go wrong with TC.

I have a firestorm and it's a great gun! Shoots well, carries like a dream, and it puts deer down. Also, the ignition with them is incredibly quick compared to many other flints. I don't know what exactly your brother is looking for. But if he's interested in a used Firestorm flint in excellent condition and at a fair price have him look me up. My email is [email protected]. I'm selling because I won't have enough vacation time to hunt late season this year and I want to try an inline out.

guys, thanks for all the input. i'll pass it along to my bro. i think he'll make a good choice with the firestorm--although i'm partial to my lyman deerstalker.
