RE: Why should I choose loose powder?

, but are they easy to break? Do you have to take extra precautions with them? If you drop your possibles bag too hard will they possibly crack?
Question 1 and 2 the answer is No for question 3 the answer is possibly but not likely.

RE: Why should I choose loose powder?

I will be only shooting loose powder for 2 reasons, the cost, and it's easier to have only one powder for 2 ML's, my other gun is a Traditions flint.
thats 2 good reasons, I will only use pellets since i own only one rifle its a 50 cal CVA hunterbolt

Don't think I mentioned that I generally hunt in Colorado, where ONLY loose powder is legal. That is the best reason for me to use it! I do hunt in Texas with it sometimes, but have never found a good enough reason to use pellets here.
