sell my muzzleloader on the Internet??
 

can I sell my inline muzzleloader on the net (ebay, other auctions) without needing to go through a dealer?? (i think I can but not sure)
also would be selling some bullets and accessories with it (no powder)

FYI - TC Black Diamond (bout 3 years old & in very good shape); blue, maybe 50 shots through it and been in the woods a 5 times?), scope mounts, ~40 saboted bullets, 3 nipples, mustet caps, etc.

You don't need to ship to a FFL with a muzzleloader.Just post it on a classified section and ship it out.

I tried to ship a MZ I had sold the other day through a Mail and package mart who ship through UPS, they asked my wife to declare what was in the box, being honest she replied a muzzleloader. They refused to ship it, said Ups would only ship from or too a FFL licenced dealer or person. They also said that if it had been broken down into two packages they would not have even questioned what they were.

you do not have to ship muzzleloaders to ffl dealers.

Tell UPS that you are shipping a lamp.

You don't need to ship to an FFL, at least in most states.
