powder and bullet set up

I have a Knight MK-85. I was wondering if any one has tried using 150 gr. of 777 pellets and a 295 gr. or 348 gr. powerbelt bullets. If so how does it work or has any tried anything close to this.

I may be wrong, but I think 150grain of triple 7 is too much powder for that gun. Remeber, triple 7 burns 15 to 20% hotter than pyrodex. The 150 grain max load is for pyrodex and not for triple 7. I personally wouldn't go over about 120 grains of triple 7.

I shoot a .50 Knight Disc Extreme with 100 grains of triple 7 and have been playing with the power belts, Knight red hots, and dead centers.

Can't remember if knight updated the old mk85 to magnum status or not. When it first came out the mk85 was rated for a 120gr max charge. When they came out with the bighorn and disc, they were rated for 150gr and the mk85 was not
