You're right Lewis. They hang over about 1/32" or so. They do adhere to the tape really well and are easy to fold over the edge. But they still easily start down the barrel. I believe the felt wad will make up for the overlap. I'm really more interested in how the ones with the scotch tape will do. If they work good I may just try these:

It just dawned on me, I shot the 11MM RCBS Bullet Recently (on Video) I Short Patched them, and I CLEARLY remember Taping the Bases with Packing Tape, I Just layed a Short Piece of Packing Tape down on my Counter Top, After i Short Patched a Bullet i Put it on the Tape, Firmly Pushed to make sure it was Stuck good, Then used Scissors to Trim excess Tape from Around the Base, They Shot Good I do SO MUCH Stuff, with SO many different guns that it’s EASY to lose track of things i have done. Maybe i spoke of this Elsewhere? I clearly remember doing it Now
