17 years? Shoot boy, you're still on your honeymoon! I've been married to the same woman so long that most of the time she just looks at me and shakes her head at some of the things I do or say. But we still kiss each other good night almost every night. God has blessed me with a woman that knows when to tolerate me and when to put me back in line and I sure do praise Him for that.

There's a plaque hanging in our kitchen, given to us by our oldest son on our anniversary two years ago. It says, "The First Fifty Years of Marriage are Always the Hardest".

bronko,
You should have told her that when you die before her, then she can have all of the guns to sell and to go out and have a good time with all of the money.
Now you should go buy her some gold jewelry, flowers, or take her out to dinner or something.
