lemoyne sent these 250 grain shockwave bullets without sabot, for us to look at. The powder charge is 80 grain Blackhorn (60g weight). Bullet speed at the front of the horse 1616 fps.









The distance from the muzzle to the horse is 25 yard.

There is a difference between SST and Shock Wave .My personal opinion is that none of the tipped bullets were made for light loads, there is a difference between a bullet designed for long range and the normal run of bullets.
