Default Off to a good start

I think the Parker .408. 300 gr sabotless have potential.
I didn’t get a chance to try the lead today but the Parker’s did pretty good for first time out . I didn’t vary powder charge at all . I used a 45 cal wool wad thinking a little oversized might help seal better . Next time out I might a different powder charge but I was pleased at the start
I did not clean between shots and I could tell after shot 5
The two groups are 5 shots . Shots 1 and two on cold clean barrel created one group. Shot 3,4 and 5 created a second group . Not sure if it was caused by my hold or by the dirty barrel . I might try cleaning each shot next time and see
115 gr Blackhorn
.408 Parker 300 gr sabotless
100 yards
.408/.416 Krieger barrel
Bestill Creations custom .408

Ya` know Sharpsshooter, you could probably tighten up those groups if you didn't flinch so much.
