I have no need for a high BC bullet atm and even less of a need in the NULA. All the ML lottery hunts are pretty much still or blind hunting. The lower recoil will be a huge plus considering the NULA is only around 7lbs ready to hunt. For myself the accuracy has really been impressive and the best part I can use my lightweight Ultra Lite to shoot it... Remember I am "old" |

Ive always like 1 Barnes over most of the rest. The 225gr XPB and until now there was not another similar option except COP which can be hard to find. Them fancy pointy ones just are not needed in this case.
Low recoil, quick tissue displacement/damage and high probability of a pass though fill the bill just fine. I see no reason the 230gr wont do that. All the evidence ive seen sofar indicates it will do it pretty much all the time. |
