Short Story

His desire was to shoot the bullet.

The ramrod pulled the tip off the bullet.

Not to worry, the bullet came with a loading jag.

Three shots later, and...............

A drill, and an easy out........

A hacksaw, and a 10-32 tap.

......he was able to load the bullet without ripping the tips off.

"Dependably."

I had some bullets that came with a plastic loading jag. And later I was using the jag with another kind of bullets. After I shot and went to reload I realized the plastic jag was no long on the ramrod. Checked the target and had a side ways hit. So I knew where the plastic jag went at least.

That was good thinking there Ron.

I like the loading tip PRBullet supplied I know with the DeadCenter bullets. The problem was it was made of a polymer or something similar and when threaded on it wasn't very rigid. The same loading tip in Brass properly tapped would be life long and very cheap to achieve.
