The gunfather
Have you any of you guys caught it on the hunting channel? I've watch probably 5 or 6 shows now and love it. A very classy gun show for once with some fun, but none of the stupid stuff we used to see on that old show called "American Guns" or worse, Sons of guns.
The last one I watched they had some well know Winchester guy on there and he needed a 1948 model 70 restocked with fancy walnut. Man, the chuck of wood the guy found and then machined out was simply awesome! Then came the stock finished part... Yup, even the $1200 stocks they put out, use Truoil! :hail: Makes me feel good knowing that my CVA stocks get the same treatment that those $1200 fancy walnut stocks get to make em look pretty! By the way, My brothers Hawken stock is coming out awesome. |

Outdoor Channel is a Premium Channel here. Gotta' pay more to get that station-viewing package. Cable company here calls it the WOW Ultra Package. I get about 200 stations now..... the WOW Basic Plan.......lol:kiss:
