The stamp on the bottom of the bullet shows the maker. General Projectile Copper Only Bullets.

very interesting. I wonder why they use a C and got a G?

They stamp them "C with a circle" for "Copper Only".

They should work quite well in a 1-38 twist. It will be necessary to load the down in a 1-28 twist and to use full power hunting loads in a 1-48 twist, according to the math as I worked it out.
