Default Temptation. Everywhere I Go - Temptation.

DANG IT!!! Here's another out of the ordinary muzzleloader. I'm a sucker for buying things like this just to see how they shoot.

Have any of you guys had any experience with the Pedersoli Rolling Block model? The seller is located in Hammond, LA. I pass by Hammond almost every weekend on the way to my hunting lease.

No. But that's one sweet looking rifle and the price looks tempting from this end, also.

Sorry, no direct experience with that model, but every Pedersoli gun I have shot/handled has met or exceeded my expectations.

I've been resisting it for over a week now. But here's the hook - the twist is 1:24".
I've never had a 1:24" .50 caliber.

That is an interesting find. Very nice looking rifle and with the 1:24 twist rate I must say buy it.

1-24 6 land and the bores run on the tight side. Nice quality barrel though with strict proof testing.
