Hopefully the lake will freeze and I can get out and catch a freezer full of walleye. That would take some of the pain away.

Yup! My best year totaled 486. A freezer full of venison and walleye, all the potato I need..... It doesn't get any better. These other guys will be eating boxed fish sticks And if this crap does freeze hard, then my range could be open for walking on top it. All is not lost...........

When it freezes go put your targets out. Put a whole bunch out. We get plenty of that wet snow here too. From what I understand last winter we had several inches of it. Then a warm up and freeze followed by rain and refreeze. Folks were saying there was 6" of ice on top of the snow. I was in FL all winter though and missed all the fun!!
