Twice this month I have walked down to the basement to retrieve something and when reaching the basement floor, forgot what I went downstairs for.

When i smoked...On more than one occasion i searched all over for my lighter only to realize it was in my hand the whole time.

Done that a BUNCH of times. Worst was I couldn't find my car keys and was running late. Running around looking everywhere getting pissed...they were in my hand.
