I still use windshield washer fluid mixed with alcohol. Especially in the winter. In the summer the dollar store windex seems to work fine.

At the range, I use 91% rubbing alcohol in a small spray bottle you can buy for $1 at Meijer, in their multi samples rack.

At deer camp,. I bring along my spray bottle of Birchwood Casey 2 In 1 Bore Scrubber. I shoot my MLs everyday and now with Blackhorn, I wanted something that contains a little rust inhibitor in it, plus the Birchwood is relatively odorless.

In years past when I used blackpowder or 777. I would bring Ballistol spray. But I was told last year in deer camp that my Ballistol is BANNED.

Nobody but me likes it's mediciny, mineral oil smell. But they love the gosh-awful smelling Hoppes #9. Now there's something that needs banning.
