What is "ZZ" in the description of some of them?

Nice looking stocks. I wonder what some of the one's without pics are? And yeah, what is ZZ? Nice that they have a number of LH options too.

They come with that crappy recoil pad std, so most likely you'd want to upgrade that. Plus no trigger guard, etc. I guess you'd have about $140-$150 said and done, delivered. A good savings over a Knight factory thumbhole laminate.

Why do they put two sling studs up front? Is that something they normally do on their stocks like this?

I can not tell for sure from the picture but I think these stocks have the large wide 'beaver tail' forearm. The two swivel studs are something that is common on long range shooting stocks. One for the sling and the forward one for the attachment of a bipod shooting device.

I thought it might be for bipods. My bipods have a sling stud on them (Harris).
I bet the regular stock does not have the wide forearm, but the varmint model probably does.

I decided to get a coyote brown to match the omega and instead of trying to get one of the Knights that are suppose to come out i am going to get a knight built with the same 26" Douglas 1:18 barrel . Then i will have a matching pair of long range shooters ( an omega and a Knight) topped off with vortex 6.5 x20 mildot scopes

although a 1:20 Krieger barrel is very appealing..

I may get one of the Featherweight stocks but first i want to see the Platinum and Heritage.

Any idea what those look like?
