Lee .501 lube sizer and a cheap Lee hand press. You might need a steel ball bearing to fit the cupped base. If you already have a press you are looking at about $21.

Problem solved. :D

OMG! That bullet at that price should be a 'drop-in" and go. At most, add a wad or cornmeal.

Same with bullets that need to be paper-patched or knurled.
No thanks! If they don't load or shoot proper for me, they either collect dust, get sold, or given away. I just gave my local police department two boxes of 45-cal XTPs - about 80-90 of each...... 230 grain and 185 grain.

Replace FPB with BH209 and get back to me. $21 is cheaper than a Western or Lehigh BH209 breach plug and i could use the die with any conical i want to shoot.

There are no standards for a ML land or groove measurements so some of us improvise and adapt. I have a ton of MMP shorts. Instead of getting rid of them i resized my Parkers/XTPs/SSTs to .4495 with a die i use mainly for sabotless loads. Amazingly they shoot as well as the Harvester short black in that rifle.

That would work if all bores were the same size. Unfortunately there are no real standards there. Only one I know can be count on in that area are Whites.
