You need the .50 caliber sabots for .44 caliber bullets, as seen here.

The black crush rib are for .451/.452 sized.
Those bullets are awesome! They fly very well and deliver excellent terminal performance. My favorite bullet for hunting in my .50 cal rifles. |

Not a thing wrong with MMP sabots and right from the source.

I shoot the green crush rib sabots in my knights. They give good accuracy, and load nicely. Obviously you can try several different sabots to see what works/fits best in your gun. Just make sure they are green, not black - for those bullets.

The .44 deep curl (240grain hollow point) is my go to bullet. I use Harvester green crush ribs in my TC Omega and the Harvester green smooth in my Knight Disc Extreme. In a pinch I can use either sabot in either gun, the difference in accuracy is slight, as is the ease in loading.
I'v also used MMP regular green sabots with similar success at the range. |
