Years ago i burned up a bunch of Pyrodex RS and Select. Never found any appreciable difference in accuracy.

Second, I sure don't get down on anybody who shoots or prefers a CVA. I shot my first muzzleloader deer with one. Third, It seems everytime someone has a positive experience to report with their CVA the same old garbage starts up again with the same old actors. It gets old. My advice: Live and Let Live and stay a bit positive. It would be kind of boring if everyone liked the same thing. Yes I am with you. It's not worth wrecking a thread for a laugh. Needless to say If it were someone new to muzzleloading it would not be much encouragement. |
I guess pyrodex select is just like certain types of bullets and sabots, just doesn't work for everybody.
