Na... I will wait awhile... She is all Irish and I have learned a long time ago do not TICK-OFF the Irish

See I am already down a little bit because when the rifle arrived in the first place - I told her it was for parts and I was going to re-sale most of it. So the other day when she saw me cleaning it and dropping it into different stock - then yesterday when I was putting the scope on it and she came back to get something... she did not say a word - just put her hands on her hips turned and walked away... I WON!!!

It kinda goes like this.

Her memory................................................His memory

He drank too much Christmas Eve 1989. ........Biggest bass I ever caught.
Didn't notice my hair cut last year..................What a great shot on that buck.
Yelled at me when I hit the garage door..........Two ducks with one shot.
Forgot my birthday in 2001.
Laughed when I dropped the cake.
Bought ANOTHER gun.
Late for dinner with my parents.
Looked at me funny when I wore those pants.
Bought ANOTHER fishing reel.
Practically ignored my sister.
Fell asleep during Sophies Choice.

A little over 10 years ago, when my wife and I were still dating, we bought some stuff at Menards. It went in the back of the truck and there were a couple things that were too long so the tailgate stayed down. Long story, but when it's all said and done the contents of the back were on the road at an intersection. I had forgotten about this...
A couple days ago we were hauling a large round bale of hay home. It was loaded in the back of the truck and I didn't put the tailgate up. It's 1000 lbs. and we were going less than 5 miles. It wasn't going anywhere. She asked if I should put the gate up. I said "no it's not moving."
She says "That's what you said at Menards."
"What are you talking about?"
"You thought it would be fine when we dropped all that stuff in the intersection at Menards"
It took me a minute to figure out what she was talking about. All I could say was "How do you do that? It's like you don't even have to try."
To which she said "It's a gift."

Lee, it is a DISC Extreme so it is a 1-30. When I first unwrapped it and saw the fluted barrel - I really go my hopes up..
