They are two different part numbers 45201
and 45202
The 45201 are the FTX Bullets and do have the Double Cannelures. Its intended for Cartridge guns but as stated can be used in MZ quite nicley.

I dont see the cannelure?

It seems pretty common to use no cannelure in the 450B. I see quite a few guys using 45ACP and T/C Shockwave bullets too. According to what ive read even the factory ammo does not have one and the dies are a set of 4.

I don't think this bullet has a cannelure-the factory ammo doesn't. The round headspaces on the mouth, same as the 45 ACP, so you don't want to crimp the mouth into the cannelure. The Hornady reloading dies are a 4 die set, they give you an extra taper crimp die just for that purpose, it just sort of "squeezes" the mouth around the bullet, and doesn't roll it over.

I have shot several boxes of the 250grain FTX none of them had a cannelure, they are designed for the Bushmaster which has a muzzle velocity of 2500 FPS.
The standard Shock Wave 250 grain and the SST are designed for 1800 FPS or less, the Bonded Shock Wave works well for 120 grain loads of Blackhorn but I have never looked up the specs on it.

According to 450Bushmaster forum the 450B with a 250gr is near max at 2200fps so its a pretty good match for a stout ML load (on paper). Hornady lists the 250gr SST ML bullet at roughly the same speed (2250fps) which is very optimistic IMO unless you are NOT smoking. Then its easy to achieve.

Personally i would use the Bonded Shockwave too if i was shooting them that fast.
