I need a scope recommendation like Nikon Omega

I really like my Nikon Omega scope. I generally will not have shots over 100 yards so the low power 1.65 to 5 works great. I love the nikoplex reticle and don't want a BDC. It appears that they don't make it anymore.

Does anything else come close to this?

There are a lot of 3 to 9 choices but I just feel the Field of View is too narrow at 3x for some situations.

NP, glad to help and that is a great deal too.

I am not certain how this particular scope performs in very low light. For me that is a big deal because I hunt both heavily wooded sites from the crack of dawn , as well often hanging in on food plots until the last light is done. One mistake I have seen far too many folks make is not taking low light performance into account and later regretting having done so. If the Omega does well in the loowest legal light times where you hunt, then you done good finding a deal on one. If however it "dies" with decent light left in the day, I'd try something else.

I already own one and was just looking for another. It performs well right up to the end of legal hunting in Michigan. 30 minutes after sunset, 30 before sunrise. Except maybe on the cloudiest of days.

That is great to hear. A good performing scope that will not break the bank !!

I have been considering the Nikon Omega but I've now decided to go with the Leupold Ultimate Slam Illuminated reticle
