Nice shot on a nice looking doe. Plenty of meat for the freezer. Congratulations!

74SS,

Congrats to Micah for making a great shot on nice doe! Was it his first deer? If the rest of your lil' troop scores as he did, your freezer's gonna fill up fast!

Very nice shot placement young man!!!!! Doing it without a scope shows me you have a good teacher and some skills.

I still like the 200gr SST even though some people feel they are too fragile. They seem to hold together better than most of the other SSTs/Shockwaves. I shoot mine very fast and they kill deer very effectively when its placed in the boiler room or close.

Very nice shot! I'm gonna guess DRT or a VERY short run.

Congrats.

Keep it going girls, boys; Chet!! My guess is the meat will last about as long as it would if a lion with 2 cubs had killed it; you need more!

I think you've got that right Ron. Plus it gives rise to a new name for that gang of kids running around the place like a bunch of hungry young lions - Chet's Pride (applies in more ways than one).
