Bedding the knight LRH?

Hey guys, I am hoping some of you older timers and
Internet lurkers can help me. A few years ago I saw a picture
Of a knight LRH muzzle loader that had been bedded. I believe
That the stock was altered with another recoil lug post? If anyone sees
It or can link me to it I would be very grateful. If anyone has or
Sees the LRH with a bedding job please send me the link, pic,or info
To my email addy. Good bless and thanks mdk
[email protected] Ya it's my email.

I have a 50 cal LRH with the laminate stock that I had glass bedded 4 years ago. Based on the advice of my gunsmith I did not have it pillar bedded(ie add a 2nd attachment point) I also had him hone the Timmey trigger that came with the gun and set it's pull at 2.5 lbs. The barrel is free floated as well. Using a 110 gr. load of BH 209, the 300 gr Harvester PT Gold bullet with the black crush rib sabot he shot a 3 shot 100 yd. group of .219 inches. I'll scan in the target and post it later. Let me know if you need a picture of the stock with the barrel removed.

Cool thanks "psomniferum" for that link. Wondering if there was
Any write up on it? When I'm in the link you sent there is
No info or back buttons. "1874" thanks for responding too! I would thanks you if you
Got some pics of yours when you get time. I think looking at people's ways they did there's can help me put the pieces together. I think I recalled that pic I been searching for the guy did a great job on the forward lug and same with the back. The pic on the link shows the front recoil lug he put in a metal tube(round stock, ect". Trying to find the best way for where the back of the barrel rests on that metal piece. "Pooldoc" if it wouldnt be to much to ask id take you up on that stock picture when you get time. Thanks guys.

And what would you gun guys prefer the kind and type of bedding material ??

I hope this helps. This is from the same web-site I found the above post. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. My only experience with firearms was from boot camp firing an m16 and an m9. I am brand new to hunting, let alone ML hunting. As I find more info. about bedding, I will try to post here :-)
