Default My new .575" round ball mould

I got my new Lee mould a few days ago but just got it out of the box a little earlier this evening. It looks like they changed their design since I purchase my .530" mould. Instead of the U groove and mating U "hump" they now have two pointed cone shaped projections which mate up to recesses on the other half of the block. IMO this will be a better alignment than the earlier design.
I don't know when I will be casting balls though thanks to Semi sending me a nice big handful.
Maybe some day when I am bored or if its raining I'll get the beeswax and lube it and smoke the mould.

That's interesting. First I've heard of that design change.

When I get around to it I'll take a pic of it and post it.
