Looks interesting.

The rifle does have some appeal. That is.. if I needed another rifle.

You could tell those folks that come knocking (you know the ones) that your Redemption is secure.
That ignition system might work well but I wonder how often one would have to beat that plug out of the barrel? They claim pressure from the collar tightens the plug to the barrel and makes a seal. http://lhrsportingarms.com/Adapt.html |

I just checked out that site. The address seems familier. Like maybe the old T/C factory? just a thought.

CLOVERLEAF™ BARRELS BY GREEN MOUNTAIN Rifle BARREL®
They chose a good barrel. The safety system and hammerless design are also interesting. Im not a big fan of exposed hammers. Im very skeptical of any coating IN a barrel. Rifle grade 416R stainless with a external coating like BlackIce would be much nicer IMO. |
Im very skeptical of any coating IN a barrel. The first US artillery piece with a chrome lined barrel was the 175mm gun. After about 50 rounds the chrome hung in shreds inside the bore. Accuracy was not affected but it did look awful. |
