I think they should have stayed with the Renegade with a competitive price.

If that's the case then Im gonna buy a "NIB" Hawken that my Uncle has, he's had it for sale for awhile now. Im not a big fan of sidehammer MLers as I only use the newer more modern MLers, but hey this may be worth something someday, it sure does look Purdy!

The Firestorm is going by the way also I suppose. All of you that own Renegades, and Hawken rifles, and all the other Thompson Center old sidelocks, they just got more valuable.

Because you won't be able to get parts?

No reason for the Renegades to get more valuable.

That's what I was hoping for Dave. The one My uncle has is the .50 Cal with the Brass all over it. It's a beautiful looking MLer but not something that I would ever use, I can get it for $250, I think I'll buy it. I can put it next to one of the original CVA Accura's in SS that I still have "NIB"

I went with the Lyman GP rifle. Not cheap but nice. I liked the blued trigger guard, nose cap and butt plate nuch better....and it's a damn fine shooter as well....tho T/X sure makes great firearms as well....
