Default Thor - TC & CVA

Reading some of the past posts on Thor bullets got me thinking.

What size (bore dia) are you guys using for your CVA & TC muzzleloaders? Noticed Thor gives a fair amount of options on diameter.

Currently I'm shooting a TC Omega and will try out a new used CVA Optima? (break action CVA with side stud for cocking its at camp, so don't have excact model).

Before I forget what powder charges are you guys using?

Main quarry at this time is white tail deer.

The bores aren't consistent enough to give you an answer. My CVA Wolf used .500 Thors. My new MR uses .502, and they aren't quite tight enough for me.

The Omega I had used .502 Thors. It also loaded the FPB bullets really good.

Most guys use 90-110gr of BH 209, or T7.

BS, Just email thor and include your name/address, they will send you a free sizing sample to figure out what size your bores need.
