There are several ways to knurl a bullet.

This is with a Corbin knurling tool which is expensive.

You can also just add a few cannelures with this tool.

i plan on tumble lubing the bullets in rooster jacket i found on TOW. Im looking at doing it the way the PR? conicals do it. I liked them but they loaded to darn hard due to the entire length being knurled.
