The scope mount for the New Englander is a weird looking thing.

I don't think that mount was made by TC Falcon. I have no idea who made it as I've never seen one like that before.

The TC mount for the round barrel New Englander was similar to their mount for the octagon barrel Hawken and Renegade. It's about eight inches long with no extension or iron sight feature. It attachés to the barrel using the two rear sight holes and a hole in the breech plug, and has a slight offset to the left to shift the scope away from the hammer. I don't recall the part number, but it was a four digit number beginning with ninety-nine (99xx).

this is what you are looking for. It fits the New Englander, Black Mountain Magnum, or any of the ROUND barrel traditional rifle. Its off set so you don't need a new hammer. It is made by Thompson Center.

cayugad, thank you for the photo...i think I just seen a couple on e-bay but I didn't bid I was hopeing to know more.....doe's it come with screws....3? and is it weaver type rings that go to it...thanks for the info everyone

yes it takes three screws and then weaver style bases. Check your rifle and see if there is a screw on the tang, near the back of the barrel.

the duo ring mount is a 3 part system. it was meant to be a quick release. you will need to find a base and a base adapter. its a wacky set up. Cayugad has the one piece weaver base. that one is the easiest to use but hard to find. before that version there was in a 2 piece base and weaver flat rail version. the one Falcon has a link i had at one time. i forget who made it.the New Englander was a tough gun to shop for when mounting scopes but if your patient you can find the mounts .
