What's worked best for you?

What state are you hunting?

What animals are you hunting?

For me its 110 gr. of BH209 with Win. 209 primers and the T/C 250gr. shockwave with the Harvester short black sabot. It also shoots the 200gr. shockwave really well with the supplied blue sabot. I haven't shot my Omega in a while but plan to try the same powder load with the 300gr. Speer Gold Dot and the Harvester short black sabot.

I have to agree. Mine shoots all of those same bullets very well with the exception of the 275 gr. That one I don't know , I never tried it. 100 gr Blackhorn and 120 gr 777 both work great for me.

At this moment my favorite load in the Omega is 110g Blackhorn powder, 300g Deep Curl bullet, crush rib sabot, W209 primer. Other bullets work too. Lighter loads of Blackhorn work too. The crush rib sabot work best for me with all bullet.

Mine "liked" the 300 gr Nosler Partition that came in the package with sabots. but since they're in pretty short supply I won't bore you with the details.

Second best is the 340 gr Dead Center with supplied sabot, 100 gr loose 2f T7, Win 209 Primer. Yes you get a crud ring but you also get great penetration and 1.5 inch groups at 100 if you do your part.

You guys sure use big loads for whitetail.

I'm using a 250gr Thor and 80gr BH 209 for elk.
