long term sidelock project update
 

got a stock for my tc renegade from parts project I should call it. took a gamble on fleebay for it.

details are:

tc renegade stock from kit, small repaired crack "lock area". the repaired crack looked like it is on the opposite side of the lock. that seemed to scare people off, but not me, i have fixed cracks in stocks and make them look good.

planning on stripping the stock to bare wood and refinish it. something dark comes to mind.

only cost me 45.30 so I hope this saving me time jump does not bite me in the butt.

Don't fix it! Contact Thompson center and see if you can get them to replace it. There's a good chance they will replace it for free.
