Three's not a crowd, new renegade barrel
 

Just purchased a new renegade 50 cal barrel, which makes three barrels for this gun. Have a 50 that is a 1:28 twist and a 54 with a 1:48. This one is from T/C and is a 1:48 bore. Supposedly a 98% pristine barrel. Photos look good anyway. Couldn't pass it up for $85 on ebay! Gonna try some big lead conicals and see how it shoots. Should arrive the first part of the week. Also gettin a pedersoli globe front sight to pair with my tang peep:

What insert would you guys recommed for hunting? Never used inserts before. Know someone who uses the crosshairs withe a central little circle and likes it. Will be using it for deer, hog and elk hunting. Doubt I would ever shoot much past 100 yards with it even though the gun is probably capable of it.
