Second attempt at a discussions about the Knight Ultra-Lite
Okay the first thread kinda went nuclear off topic. :kt: So I want to try again. I would love to hear any details anyone might have about the new Ultra-Lite. I am particularly interested to hear if anyone has any info about the action bedding. I have heard pillar bedding and also aluminum bedding. Does anyone know the details?

It uses a Carbelite stock of Kevlar and other materials to reduce weight and give it strength. It is pillar bedded, I do not believe it has aluminum action bedding. I am trying to find out more specific information but I am on the order list to get one. I am hoping I can get one even earlier than the delivery date but I am not sure. |
I am considering ordering one as well. I need to unload a couple other unused rifles to bring the out of pocket expense down.

Sabotloader , If you look on the Knight web sight and read the description of the Ultra-Lite it states ( In addition to the alumium bedding in the stock) .
If so do you believe it will have a forked lug and a free floated barrel like the Elite? |
