well that stinks
 

I was heading out to the range.

on the main road to the turn off, it dawned on me. I forgot my range rod. no problem I just use the guns ramrod.

the road to it, they where doing work on. had to stop for that on a one lane road.

got past that, it just it me, I forgot my 22 ammo. ok that sucks. only had 110rds with me.

got to the range "CLOSED FOR CLEANING". I thought they did that on mondays.

so i came home, noticed I forgot to lock my shop. throw my rangerod in the back of my truck. LOCK my shop. came in typed this vent. heading back out to try again.

i hope this is not a sign of how my range session is going to be.:rant:

Some days are like that Corey. Just go back to bed.

Those kind of days are when I miss my old dog the most. Even though I was having a rotten day, he was always glad to see me.

looks like someone needs to get him a new lab pup?
Corey - Sounds like you need a shooting checklist to look at before you go out. I also forget things once in a while but I chalk it up to old age. You can't use that excuse yet. You're still a pup.

Now bronko, we are never too young to have OLD timers.

It was not bad day for shooting it was a bad day for forgetting stuff. Left my range rod at the range. Never see that again. Oh well guess I will break down and make one
