I finally decided.
A while back I had talked about getting a new barrel from Green Mountain but I couldn't decide on a .32 caliber, .54 caliber or a .58 caliber barrel. Well it turns out I didn't get a Green Mountain barrel after all. And since I already have enough rifles to hunt deer with, I went with a squirrel rifle. It just came via UPS today. It's a .32 caliber Traditions Deerhunter. I like the adjustable trigger on my .54 caliber Deerhunter a lot, and these rifles are drilled and tapped for a scope so it was an easy decision after all.

Those are neat little guns Pluckit. It sure won't wear you down carrying for a long hunt. We'll be looking for your first range report.

Cool little gun. What do they cost?

that just looks like a lot of fun... squirrels will tremble in their beds tonight!!

How much powder does a .32 take? Should be really cheap to shoot. Not much lead in the balls either.

I see they're around $250.

I got purchased the rifle from here...
http://www.outdoorhuntingsupply.com/...ohs-10372.html I ordered it last Wednesday and it came today. Five days, not too bad. And there was no shipping cost! Now that was hard to believe. |
