I decided to shoot this new Knight 45 1/20 twist at 200 yards only. I also shot the 200grn Lehighs with tips as well. I will say the wind was really blowing and temps are pretty cold today. But i thought over all the results were pretty darn good.
The load was 130grns of BH209, and a Blue Harvester sabot.

As you can see below in the pic, the Lehigh 200grn bullets are very long with tips. The BC on this bullet will be absolutely incredible. The fun part will be, seeing if the tip hurts the performance on game. I sure hope not, but the tip could always be changed to a softer material to help it come out on game.
Bullets from left to right are 200grn Lehighs, 200grn SST'S, 195 Barnes.

Chaded, builder is correct. The tipped Lehighs are to long of a bullet for 1/28 and 1/30 twist muzzleloaders. I'm really excited about the 1/20 45cal ML and high BC bullets. A lot of people are starting to shoot further and further and I know Lehigh can and will make some great bullets for long range shooting. Those tipped 200grn bullets shot great out of the Savage 50cal and also in some white rifles. This spring is going to be very interesting.

I have a 1:20 twist .45 caliber is why I was interested in these. My concern would be terminal performance on game. Being that the Lehigh or Bloodline is designed differently than other bullets is why I have the concern with the tip. Maybe time will tell.

I see you used 130gr BH209 in a 45cal with the 195 and 200gr bullet what head presser is that I no when you go up in weight in bullet the presser goes up just like to no good shooting there grouse the 185gr lehigh may take the tip better then the 200gr
