With scope, the Omega weigh 8.37 pound.

With scope, the Knight weigh 8.72 pound.

The Knight has a 3-9 ultra-light which is supposed to weigh 8.8 ounces. The Omega has the 2-7 power VX-2 which is supposed to weigh 9.9 ounces. I weighed neither scope. The rifles have the same rings. The Knight has a 2 piece base; the Omega has a 1 piece base.

The Knight have a barrel that taper nicely and looks sleek. The Omega have a 50 caliber barrel that has a 45 caliber hole drilled in it, and looks kinda like a target rifle barrel, or a varmint rifle barrel, kinda like what is called a bull barrel, but not so much.

Much more steel around the barrel hole of the Omega, compared to the Knight.

Compared to a 50 caliber Omega, the 45 caliber Omega is 1/4 pound heavier, no doubt due to more steel in the barrel.

Looks to me like you are gonna be set to shoot one at 300 this coming season, no matter what gun you pick up
