REALs in the Wolf

Took them out today in the CVA Wolf with charges of 70 80 and 90gr blackhorn209 with the lubed wads. 70 and 80 were in the 7 1/2" group range @ 60 yards, 90 grains shrunk it to 5" in a triangle form, the others were horizontal spread. That told me i was getting close to what it wanted but good grief! Them 320's kick like a mule. Decided to quit while i was having a good day and go back out some other time with the more comfy 250gr REALs.

well i didnt use my lead sled! Im not used to this horrible recoil :(

For some reason though the REALs seem to have a high crack to them in the recoil department. The 454 lees i shot months ago were dull and a thump recoil. Who knows, probably just my imagination LOL.

The wads will add to the recoil. It's at least worth a try to shoot without them, and if accuracy is no different, no reason to use them anyway.

reals

How bout a couple questions on the reals?Do you use lube in the base if no wad or shoot dry?How tight should they go down the bore after initial start?I used them years ago with good success, but can't seem to get them to group in the inline I'm using now.
