BP Doe
1 Attachment(s)
Managed to get this gal last Thursday, which was the last week of the regular deer season here in VA. First one with my new TC. I was shooting 2 Triple 7 pellets behind a 250gr Shock Wave Superglide and using the TC 209 primers. This load shoots great but as many of you have mentioned, impossible to reload after a shot without swabbing. Gonna start working up a new load soon.

Nice doe, congrats! try some bh 209. My prohunter shoots great groups with 120bh, barnes 250tez's and crush ribs. Love that gun!
Looks like a nice autumn day for January! You broke the new gun curse w/ a fine looking animal; what was the shot like-yardage,etc?
Congrats on the kill!! Looks like some fine eating there!!

Good job. Congrats. Well looks like you really don't have to worry about a second shot anyway.

Nice doe! Thats the best eating of all. I'll take one of those every time.
Well done. That's a beautiful doe, enjoy.
congratulations on a great looking doe. Nice way to fill a tag.
Nice doe.
You'll have to run some BH209 through that TC now. |
Congratulations. That second shot is why a lot of people switch the Blackhorn, you can shoot all day with out even taking ramrod and cleaning stuff along but do clean it after you are done shooting.
Good looking doe, gonna be good eating, congratulations
Thanks everyone!

Nice job friend. I hunted all last week and didn't get a shot. Saw a couple, but could not level a bead on any. I was hunting at my hunt camp in Charlotte County. We froze our a$$es off in the first of the week ( wind chill of 9 on tues.), but it turned really too warm for January in Va.

Nice doe! Congrats.
